Welcome to the Inaugural North Andover Republican Town Committee newsletter!
We hope you are all well during these trying times.
That said, politics never sleeps. First up, we have a new web site: https://northandovergop.com/. Please, share this and ask all your friends to join our mail list! Additionally, we have 4 great candidates running to represent various offices in North Andover.
Kevin O’Connor running to represent Massachusetts in the US Senate. Kevin will bring much needed change to Washington. Unlike in Massachusetts, where a Republican governor collaborates with a largely Democratic legislature, Washington politicians focus incessantly on creating and exploiting partisan conflict. Kevin believes the dysfunction in Congress is fueled by professional politicians who feel entitled to power and will do just about anything to keep it. That’s why he supports term limits and pledges to serve no more than two terms in the Senate.

John Paul Moran, running to represent us in the United States Congress as the representative from the Massachusetts 6th Congressional District, is a leader forging a new political movement for America. Jeff Dufour is running for State Representative for the 18th Essex district which covers Precincts 6-8 of North Andover, as well as parts of Boxford, Andover and Tewksbury. Jeff is a leader for the people – not the insiders or the special interest groups. Having lived in the region for more than 35 years, he truly cares about the direction of our district and state. This is not a stepping stone for higher office or implementing an extreme agenda for him. It is about being our voice at the State House.

Shishan Wang is also running for State Representative for the 18th Essex district which covers Precincts 6-8 of North Andover, as well as parts of Boxford, Andover and Tewksbury. Shishan is a scientist and has been working in the areas of biotechnology, healthcare, and food industry and safety in both China and the United States. He has a Ph.D. in food science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He was born and raised in central China. He came to the United States in 2003 to pursue a Ph.D., and eventually became a citizen in 2015. The US has given him and his family so much that he wants to serve and make it better.
